City of Greater Geelong

The City of Greater Geelong engaged Tony to project manage the biodiversity planning-related aspects of the Northern and Western Geelong Growth Areas. The project management role included stakeholder engagement and relationship management, project governance and meeting facilitation and report writing and reviews.

Barwon River Parklands, now known as Kitjarra-dja-bul bullarto langi-ut is a collaborative partnership seeking to establish a well-connected linear corridor along the lower Barwon and Moorabool rivers.

Recognising the need for additional funding for a strategic masterplan, the project partners engaged Tony to manage the masterplan business case.

Tony coordinated extensive stakeholder input into the business case development process, collated information and analysed data. The business case was successful in bringing all parties together towards a common goal and successful in that it secured external funding through the state government. escription goes here

Melbourne Water

Tony has worked regularly on contracts for Melbourne Water as the primary liaison manager facilitating Local Government involvement in Melbourne Water’s Joint Flood Mapping Program.

Tony successfully engaged six councils in the 2023-24 program, which involved an extensive understanding of Local Government operations, procurement processes, and relationship building and is currently working engaging councils for the 24-26 program.
