Geelong Climate Change Response Plan
City of Greater Geelong
The City of Greater Geelong is Victoria's largest regional municipality and is already feeling the impacts of climate change. Recognising the need for regional leadership, the City engaged Tony to harness community and stakeholder interest in developing a holistic plan for the Council, residents, businesses, and organisations to make a collective local impact on this global challenge.
Tony facilitated an extensive, four-stage stakeholder engagement process spanning 18 months, involving more than 80 workshops, interviews, and forums. The Council and the community have widely supported the Plan, demonstrating the power of stakeholder engagement to drive joint ownership.

Australian Water Sector Energy Management Training Manual
Water Services Association of Australia
The Australian Urban Water Sector is one of the most significant public sector energy users and greenhouse gas emitters. Previous research had demonstrated a general lack of understanding of basic energy management theory and practice across water corporation staff.
The sector’s peak body, the Water Services Association of Australia, engaged Tony in developing a practically based Energy Management Training Manual.
The project also delivered a Learning Framework for the industry and a comprehensive Information Index to build energy management knowledge and skills among WSAA members.

AFI Carbon Measurement Guide
Australian Foundry Institute
The Australian Foundry Institute (AFI) represents most of the businesses in Australia that cast metal and identified carbon emissions from the sector as an emerging strategic priority for the industry.
As the first step in a comprehensive strategy to tackle the sector’s emissions profile, the AFI engaged Tony to develop an introductory guide for measuring business emissions in the industry.
The guide provided foundation awareness and knowledge of the emissions measuring process and was based on national standards, including NGER and the National Carbon Offset Standard (NCOS)
